Toronto Real Estate Market Statistics Infographic for October 2018

 
Toronto:
In the 416 we had 3031 sales in October which is up 5.1% from October of last year. The average sale price was $869,870 which is up 6.3% from the average of $818,201 we experienced last year. We have about 1.9 months of inventory which is slightly tigher than this time in 2017 and homes are on the market for an average of 20 days.

In Mississauga the average sale price of a home in October was $693,920, which is up 1.2% from the same month last year. We had a slight increase in units sold up tp 691 and the average home was on the market for about 23 days. We currently have 2.1 months of inventory, which is about 15% tigher that October of last year, when we had 2.4 months of inventory.
